Terms of delivery
All offered items we have checked for quality and functionality. We grant a warranty of one year on our products, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. The measurements in our online shop are approximate. Small commercial or technically unavoidable differences of quality, form and colour, which function and appearance does not significantly influence, we reserve the right to. The pictures of the items may differ from the original product.

The articles remain property of Swissproductsonline.com, respectively LA Partner GmbH (Ltd.) in Lucerne Switzerland until the complete payment.

Rates
Because Swissproductsonline.com are highly depending on international factors, such as currency fluctuations and unforeseen economic developments, we may be forced to price adjustments. Therefore, all our prices are subject to change. We try to offer you as our customer always the best fares. Despite careful examination of our data, it can lead to incorrect price information.
If you have placed your order because of an incorrect price quote, we offer you the opportunity to subsequent payment on the difference or to cancel the purchase contract.

Orders
Please enter your phone number with your orders, respectively, e-mail address so we can notify you about significant changes in prices.

Delivery and Payment Conditions
We ship against prepayment and accept bank or postal transfer, pay by Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card and American Express. In addition to the items price a shipping price will be charged. If you select the "collector" you can save the shipping costs, it will not, however, exempt from the payment in advance.

Packaging and shipping / transfer of risk
Shipping Switzerland:
Within Switzerland, the shipment costs are flat rate of CHF 9 -.
This is calculated according to the actual weight. Orders from CHF 500.- the delivery costs are not charged.

Shipping Europe:
The shipping costs are flat rate of CHF 25.- for packages up to 2 kg and package size by: length, width and height do not exceed 90 cm and none of the edges of more than 60 cm. Orders from CHF 800.- the delivery cost are not charged. Larger and heavier packages: prices on request.

Shipping worldwide
The shipping rate is calculated by weight and country for parcels up to 2 kg and size of package: length, width and height up to total 90 cm, but each side not more than 60 cm.

Important
Prices may change at any time. Shipping Europe: since our ordering system will automatically calculate whether your order is within the above package dimensions / weight, if the costs are higher, we reserve the right to charge the missing amount.

Processing fees / customs fees abroad:
Deliveries abroad can be charged a processing or customs fee from the foreign postal administration of the recipient in the country of destination. On these charges, we have no control.

Transfer of risk
The risk passes to the buyer when the shipment has been transferred to the person performing the transport or have left our warehouse for shipment.

Delivery delays
If an article can not be delivered due to great demand, we will try everything to provide the goods as soon as possible. A claim to that does not exist. Subsequent deliveries are free of charge.

Conversion and return
We offer you an exchange or return. If an item does not meet your needs, we take them within 30 days unused, original packaging and returned in perfect condition. Please note that we charge in each case of return (except exchange) a processing fee of 10% from the article price.

Order Cancellation
If you have made an order by mistake, you can cancel the order within 48 hours. If you cancel the order after more than 48 hours we reserve the right to take any fees from your payments.

Returns
Since we have to pay for not properly stamped parcels not only the postage but also additional postage due, please understand that we can only assume sufficiently franked mailings.
Before you return an item for replacement or return, you must prior contact us, so that further action can be arranged. If there are not authorized returns, we reserve the right to take any fees from your payments.

Returns must be made in each case to: Swissproductsonline.com, Rosenbergweg 8, 6004 Lucerne.
