PRODUCTS
All scanned or photographic images are as accurate as possible. We do not take responsibility for any variation in colouring etc., as this can be affected by your individual PC display when viewing the site.
The site is updated as often as possible to show available products, but occasionally your order may not be completely filled due to higher than usual demand. Our shopping software will automatically generate a confirmation e-mail with your order details - if you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us.

POSTAGE
We actively try to recycle as much packaging as possible to avoid adding excess waste to the environment - which Swiss people really care about. 

Our rates are based on an average parcel weighing more than 500 g.  If your parcel is heavier than this you do not pay any more.  If you parcel is considerably lighter than this your postal charge will be reduced manually at the time of processing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: If for some reason postage is not applied to your order at checkout it will be done manually at the time of processing.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

f you live outside of Switzerland, postage costs will be charged at standard international airmail rates.
If you require a quote please request one when ordering, or prior to ordering.
These charges are not included in the total price of your order and will be added manually before processing.

PICK UP IN SWITZERLAND

wiss and International customers are welcome to collect their orders in Lucerne, Central Switzerland, to save on postage.


DELIVERY TIMES
S
wiss Post, DHL or UPS are used for all deliveries. Orders are processed and despatched in the order they are received, and generally ship within 1-3 business days of receipt.  If an extended period is required before despatching your order you will be notified by e-mail.

MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE
There is a SFR 150.00 minimum order requirement.

PAYMENT/ORDER METHODS

* CREDIT CARD - PayPal/ Visa/ Mastercard or prepaid Money Transfer from your bank.

* You can request that we keep your credit card details on file so you don't need to re-enter them next time you visit.  Simply choose the DETAILS ON FILE payment option once we have your details. You may phone your credit card details through on (+41 41) 420 20 15.

* If you do not wish to use your credit card details over the internet you can choose to print your order and MAIL it with your CREDIT CARD details.

* Alternatively call (+41 41 420 20 15) with your credit card details during office hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm) CET and we'll explain how to place your order.

*Direct Deposit - please phone the swissproductonline.com office and receive an Authorisation Code to be entered when asked during the checkout phase of your shopping.

*Cheque - please phone the Swissproductonline.com office and receive an Authorisation Code to be entered when asked during the checkout phase of your shopping at swissproductsonline.com.  You may mail a cheque or money order after you have placed the order via the internet choosing the CHEQUE payment option, but please wait for a confirmed order total to be sent to you from the Swissproductonline.com office via e-mail (to check on stock availability).

Our postal address is LA Partner GmbH Swissproductsonline.com Rotseehoehe 14 6006 Lucerne Central Switzerland. Again, please note that as of 04/01/09, payment is to be made and cleared prior to orders being packed and any refunds if required will be sent with your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT USING ANY METHOD OTHER THAN CREDIT CARD MEANS IT WILL TAKE LONGER TO GET YOUR ORDER DUE TO BANK CLEARANCE ISSUES.

All prices are in Swiss Francs inclusive of tax.  To view prices in an alternative currency you may use the "choose your currency" button provided at the left hand side of the screen for an approximation of your order value.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
If the products ordered do not arrive in excellent condition please contact us within 24 hours to arrange return and refund, credit or exchange. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and may not be returned without prior authorisation. Please phone or email to arrange this prior to returning the goods. If your goods are damaged during transit you should make a claim with the Shipping Service Company for reimbursement. If you have any concerns regarding this process please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
